Main Features:

◆Diameter grinding
In small-scale production, automatic feed combined with spark-free timer can obtain good grinding quality. In mass production, two-stage automatic feed plus two-stage measuring device (special accessory) can provide * output and grinding effect (NC/CNC model)
◆Horizontal diameter grinding
Automatic intermittent feed and hydraulically driven worktable enable the workpiece to obtain the most effective horizontal diameter grinding.
◆End face grinding
Remove the rotating cover of the work spindle head, replace it with a three-jaw or four-jaw chuck, change the position of the positioning pin to rotate the chuck, and fix it at 90° for end face grinding.
◆Shoulder grinding
When the outer diameter and shoulder of the workpiece are to be ground at one time, the workpiece is supported by two top centers and the grinding wheel is modified to the right side of the grinding wheel head and rotated at an angle for grinding.
◆Inclined grinding
The workpiece can be supported by the chuck or two top centers, and the worktable and grinding wheel head can be rotated and easily adjusted.
◆Inner diameter grinding
The inner diameter grinding attachment (special attachment) grinds the inner diameter. Just pull down the inner diameter grinding spindle and fix it in the grinding position to grind.
